Justin Timberlake, Bieber, Smith Among 2011 MTV Movie Award Nominees




Nominations have just been revealed for the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. Announced Tuesday, talent including Justin Timberlake, Justin Bieber, Jaden Smith and Robert Pattinson are counted among those nominated for ‘golden popcorn’ awards.


Leading the charge is Justin Timberlake, scoring nominations, along with Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield, for “The Social Network’. The later Garfield, shares a nod with Timberlake for Best Line from a Movie. According to MTV that infamous line is “a million dollars isn’t cool. You what is cool ?…. A billion dollars. And that shut everybody up.” (see nominations list below).


Follow Timberlake is another Justin — Justin Bieber that is. While Bieber has not made his Hollywood ‘acting’ big screen debut, his movie “Never Say Never” earned a nomination for Best Jaw Dropping Moment (Performane Spectacular).


“Never Say Never” collaborator Jaden Smith also earned a nomination Tuesday. His stemming from the summer 2010 blockbuster “The Karate Kid” (Biggest Badass Star).


The 2011 MTV Movie Awards will air Live ! Sunday, June 5 on MTV. Performers and presenters will be announced at a later date.
